The River That Remembers
Time is the river we are asked to cross, one breath, one footstep, one heartbeat at a time.
It whispers to us of beginnings and endings, though in truth, it knows neither.
It moves like water over stones — wearing down mountains, scattering seeds into fields we may never see grow.
It carries laughter and grief, victory and regret, folded into the same current.
But above the river, beyond the veil of sky, there is a place where no clock strikes, where no shadow falls.
There, the river is still. There, all things are present. There, the first breath and the last kiss are spoken in the same language of light.
Time exists for now, to teach us how to remember, how to choose, how to love when there is only a moment to do so.
It is the mercy of becoming before we step into the fullness of being.
